Even as I speak.. it`s barely above the open $38 ($38.03)

What's so difficult about a proactive approach to these asteroids.. and find a way to trap them and mine them for their Rare Earth minerals? I mean.. go out there and snare the ones that pose a real risk and turn them into profit.
